Somali Journalists Association Network (SOJANET) is a non Governmental and nonprofit organization launched 24 Oct 2010 in Kampala, Uganda, by a group of exiled Somali Journalists to unite Somali journalists around the World.

SOJANET members. Kampala, Uganda.

SOJANET Objectives:

1. To unite the Somali refugee journalists and avoid separation.

2. To intervene the rights of Somali refugee journalists in Uganda.

3. To advocate for all Somali journalists and provide assistance to them.

4. To make linkage between Somali refugee journalists in Uganda and the other journalist in the world.

5. To educate them and uplift their personal skills and held/get seminars for them.

6. To look for the possibility for gaining radio station in Uganda.

7. To abide by the rules and ethics of the international media.
